Weight Loss and such

So as I said in an earlier post, I got to get back in the grove of working out. Ive got my diet almost back on track which im proud of, still a huge struggle but at least I'm sticking with it and not giving up if I have a bad day here and there.
So I'm hoping that maybe if I keep a little journal on my blog maybe it will help me keep on track. Today was a really good day. I started my day with a lean cuisine breakfast pannini which I have decieded I dont like. I would rather just have three scambled eggs for less calories and sodium and I find them more filling.
Work was supper busy and I was running around like a mad man trying to keep the line moving. You see, I work the possition that two poeple usually do and I do it just as fast. So basically I got my workout just by doing my job. So when it was finally time for my break I had a ham sub with just ham tomato and two triangles of swiss (no dressing).
When I got home I had a Lean Cuisine dinner which was pretty good. It had mashed sweet potatoe which I love. Afterwords I crashed and fell asleep for a couple hours which was awsome, gotta love naps. Woke up, did a little yardwork and then had some cereal. So good day all around and just gotta keep it going. Im at around 258lbs right now so lets see if I can get to 245 by my San Francisco trip.
