So I went through all the motions of starting culinary school at the Art Institute of Portland and even officially got accepted which was very exciting but at this time I can not start. Though disappointing I need to get other things in my life in order before taking on even more. At this point I plan to start fall 2010, that's my goal. I know that doing it on my own will make it all the more worth it when it happens.
